Inside the Bags

Starting position

Two feeders, four bags in a wall, four lines of players. The ball comes off a feeder, the player takes it on one step — no time to stand still — and gives it back inside the bag it came from. The rule that makes the whole drill: the ball never crosses the line of bags. Not one lazy pass over the top. Fast hands, fast feet, flat line — the way to open a backs session.
