Starting position

A four-man line, and the whole jumping zone changes address without anyone seeing it go. The 4 leaves early and quietly, round behind the 6. A jump is sold on the 5 — the 6 and the 8 set as lifters, and they have to mean it. Then the 5 bails out to lift the 6, who jumps for real: 5 in front, 4 behind. Done fast and together, there is nothing to defend. Ten slow reps before you play it at full speed.
